Field was founded in 2005 with the goal of creating beautiful, meaningful landscapes that enhance the everyday lives of our clients.

Owners Jason Rathe and Shannon O’Halloran wanted to raise the expectations of companies in the construction trades. Both educated in horticulture and design, they constantly seek out more knowledge, as well as offer their employees educational opportunities. Field maintains certifications and membership in the Minnesota Nursery and Landscape Association, Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute and is certified to apply fertilizers and pesticides from the Department of Agriculture.

We want clients to feel comfortable and in-the-loop during the whole process, and giddy with excitement about the end product. Our goal is that everything we do respects the health and well-being of our clients, employees, community and environment.
